 Conditions for tables:

• Tables are allocated according to the registration date (first registered, first served), with priority for AFTN members. It is not possible to reserve more than one table.
• Reservations are personal, nominative, and non-transferable.
• A registration is only definitively confirmed after receipt of payment of the rental price (15 CHF) by bank transfer to AFTN. If payment is not made on time, the table will be reallocated.
• In the event of a foreseeable impediment, please notify us as soon as possible so that your table can be reallocated. If the cancellation takes place less than 72 hours before the event, the amount paid remains with AFTN.
• The sale is carried out by the owners, in their own name and under their entire responsibility.
• Set-up takes place on Saturday: doors open at 9:00 a.m. Start of the event at 10:00. In the event of absence, AFTN will reallocate the table according to the waiting list, and reserves the right to exclude the seller from future events.
• Vendors are required to stay until the end of the event (2:00 p.m.). In the event of unjustified early departure, APECOVE reserves the right to exclude the seller from future events.
• Items sold must be clean and in good condition.
• AFTN reserves the right to refuse articles that do not meet these quality criteria.
• No commission will be requested on sales made by AFTN.
• Please provide your own cash or by TWINT – AFTN is not able to make change.
• At the end of the scholarship, you will be responsible for taking back with you everything you have not sold.
